Role Overview
The Senior Secretary will support the Country Manager and administrative team in managing schedules, documents, internal operations, and external engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Country Manager’s calendar, meetings, and travel
- Coordinate communication between departments and stakeholders
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Organize staff trainings and events
- Handle office supplies and procurement
- Safeguard confidential documents and ensure data compliance
- Support tasks related to facilities, rentals, and internal operations
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and audit-ready documents
Qualifications
- Completion of 12 years of schooling or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years in a secretarial/administrative role
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Skills Required
- Strong MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
