Role Overview

The Senior Secretary will support the Country Manager and administrative team in managing schedules, documents, internal operations, and external engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Country Manager’s calendar, meetings, and travel
  • Coordinate communication between departments and stakeholders
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems
  • Organize staff trainings and events
  • Handle office supplies and procurement
  • Safeguard confidential documents and ensure data compliance
  • Support tasks related to facilities, rentals, and internal operations
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and audit-ready documents

Qualifications

  • Completion of 12 years of schooling or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years in a secretarial/administrative role
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

Skills Required

  • Strong MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
