Position: IT Assistant
SVO is seeking a motivated, visionary, and passionate fresh graduate to join its dynamic team as an IT Assistant. The role supports the IT Specialist in managing technology systems, digital communications, and organizational networking tools.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, ICT, or related fields.
- Graduates of 2024 (2016 E.C) or 2025 (2017 E.C) only.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates (no prior experience required).
GPA Requirement:
- Minimum Cumulative GPA of 3.4 and above (mandatory).
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of additional Ethiopian languages is an asset.
- Familiarity with digital tools (social media, website management, email marketing, etc.).
- Strong integrity, teamwork, and learning mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and beyond regular hours.
- Passion for technology-driven social change.
Work Location
Addis Ababa, with occasional travel to SVO’s project sites.
