The company designs, assembles, and distributes electric mobility vehicles and spare parts, driving innovation in green transportation.
Dodai also partners with Yazawa Spare Parts, Ethiopia’s first specialized Electric Mobility Vehicle (EMV) spare parts supplier, established in March 2024. Together, they are at the forefront of transforming Ethiopia’s mobility ecosystem through clean technology and sustainable business practices.
Available Job Positions
Position 1: Accounting Intern (Fresh Graduates)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or related field.
- No prior experience required.
- Strong numerical and computer skills.
- Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in bookkeeping, reconciliation, and report preparation.
- Support financial data entry and document management.
- Work with accounting software and assist in preparing trial balances.
- Liaise with government offices when needed.

Position 2: Marketing Specialist
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of proven marketing experience.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and CRM tools.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
- Strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience with marketing analytics and automation tools.

Position 3: Graphic Designer
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or video production.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Skills Required:
- Ability to produce professional designs and videos under tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with strong layout and editing skills.
- Collaborative and adaptable to new technology trends.

Position 4: Import Operations Intern
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Trade, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in Amharic and English is required.
