Position: Digital Channel Officer
Educational Qualification:
BSc or BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant position, including at least 1 year as a Junior Card Banking Officer or in a related role.
Job Summary:
The Digital Channel Officer is responsible for managing and optimizing the bank’s digital platforms to support business objectives. The role focuses on improving customer experience, increasing engagement, and promoting products and services across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and update content across digital platforms.
- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through digital tools and services.
