Position 1: Junior Customer Service Specialist

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Graduation Year: 2024 or 2025 G.C.
  • GPA Requirement: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00
  • Age Limit: 25 years or younger
  • Exit Exam: Completion of the national exit exam is mandatory
  • Experience: No prior work experience required

Position 2: Manager, Audit Follow-up Division

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education:
    BA/MBA or MA degree in:
    • Accounting
    • Banking & Finance
    • Business Administration
    • Management
    • Or any other related field
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 8.5 years (BA holders) or 6.5 years (MBA/MA holders) of relevant experience
    • At least 2 years of experience as a Senior Inspector, preferably in the banking sector

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and follow up on audit findings and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions
  • Liaise with internal departments to verify compliance with internal control and audit recommendations
  • Report audit follow-up status to senior management and regulatory bodies
  • Ensure documentation and tracking systems for audit follow-up are maintained accurately
  • Support overall risk management and internal control enhancements

Position 3: Senior Auditor

Minimum Qualifications

  • Work Experience:
    • MBA/MA holders: Minimum 3.5 years of relevant experience
    • BA holders: Minimum 5.5 years of relevant experience
    • At least 2 years of experience as a relevant officer in the banking industry

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct internal audit engagements across various departments
  • Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and operational procedures
  • Identify risks and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Prepare clear and concise audit reports for senior management
  • Support compliance and risk management initiatives

  • Conduct routine and special audit engagements at assigned branches
  • Review financial documents and operational processes for accuracy and compliance
  • Identify control weaknesses and suggest effective solutions
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to audit supervisors
  • Follow up on corrective actions and monitor implementation

Position 5: Interest Free Banking (IFB) Financing Officer

Minimum Requirements

  • Education:
    BA degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, or other related fields.
  • Experience:
    Minimum of 3.5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking sector.
    • At least 1 year of experience in an Interest Free Banking (IFB) officer role is required.

Key Competencies

  • Sound understanding of Interest-Free Banking principles and products
  • Strong analytical and financial assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with banking policies, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships within IFB frameworks

Position 6: Motorist

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: 8th or 10th Grade completed
  • License: Valid Motorbike (Motor Riding) License
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
