Addis Padel Club is launching Ethiopia’s first world-class padel facility in Addis Ababa. We’re on the hunt for dynamic, motivated sales professionals to help introduce this fast-growing racquet sport to the Ethiopian market and grow our membership base.
Position Overview
We are hiring 6 Sales Representatives:
- 2 Male
- 4 Female
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be part of the founding team—promoting memberships, building community engagement, and supporting the growth of Ethiopia’s newest premium sports destination.
Key Responsibilities
Membership Sales & Customer Acquisition
- Promote memberships to individuals and corporate clients
- Lead facility tours and conduct sales presentations
- Achieve monthly sales targets (8–12 memberships/month)
- Build and maintain a prospective member pipeline
Customer Service
- Handle inquiries in person, by phone, and by email
- Support member retention and satisfaction initiatives
- Maintain accurate CRM records
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Represent the club at events and exhibitions
- Support social media and promotional activities
- Organize and participate in demo events and campaigns
Administrative Support
- Process applications and maintain sales records
- Assist with event planning and execution
- Support general club operations
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in sports, fitness, or hospitality)
- Excellent communication in English and Amharic
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Basic computer and social media skills
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in sports or recreation industries
- Knowledge of racquet sports (padel, tennis, squash, etc.)
- Sales experience in membership or subscription models
- Event planning and community engagement skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Additional language skills
