Requirements:
- Fresh graduates (Zero years of experience)
- Degree in any field (Bachelor of Education preferred)
- Willingness to attend a one-week training on Teaching Methodologies
- A Certificate of Completion will be issued after training
- Candidates who perform well during the training will receive contractual job offers
2. Teachers and School Leaders

Location: Addis Ababa
Requirements:
- For Administrative Positions: Master of Arts in Educational Planning & Management (EDPM)
- For Teaching Positions:
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), or
- Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) + Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching (PGDT)
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years for teaching roles
- Minimum of 3 years for administrative roles
- Skills:
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management software
- Energetic and passionate candidates are encouraged to apply
