About the Program

The Coca-Cola Professional Development Program (PDP) is a unique and highly competitive initiative designed to fast-track the careers of fresh graduates by immersing them in real-world business operations. Over the course of 6 to 12 months, successful candidates will participate in structured job rotations, gain in-depth exposure to various departments, and benefit from expert mentorship, training, and hands-on experience.

This program is a launchpad for a fulfilling career within the Coca-Cola system, tailored to develop future leaders who embody the company’s values of excellence, collaboration, integrity, and innovation.

Program Structure

  • Duration: 6 to 12 months
  • Training Format:
    • 70% On-the-job experience across key business functions
    • 30% Structured training (classroom + digital modules)
  • Evaluation: Continuous performance feedback and learning assessments
  • Completion Outcome: Opportunity for permanent placement within Coca-Cola Beverages Africa

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in departmental rotations and deliver assigned responsibilities effectively
  • Collaborate on individual and team-based projects and present deliverables
  • Attend structured training sessions and complete e-learning modules
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day operations
  • Uphold Coca-Cola’s corporate values and demonstrate professional conduct
  • Receive feedback from supervisors and mentors to continuously improve performance
  • Build a deep understanding of the business and how each function contributes to overall goals

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

  • Must be a graduate of 2017 E.C. or 2025 G.C.
  • BA Degree in one of the following or related fields:
    • Logistics and Supply Chain Management
    • Management
    • Business Administration
    • Information Systems
    • Economics
    • Accounting & Finance
    • Marketing Management

Academic Requirements:

  • Minimum CGPA: 2.75 and above
  • Exit Exam: Must have passed the national exit exam
