1. Position: Trainee Pilot
Educational Qualification:
- Option 1: BSc degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, Chemical, Computer, Software, Hardware, Electronics & Communication) OR Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, or related fields with minimum CGPA of 2.75 from recognized Ethiopian higher institutions.
- Option 2: BSc/BA in any other field with minimum CGPA of 3.00 AND minimum grade “B” in Mathematics, Physics, and English in 10th grade EGSEC or 50% in Ethiopian University Entrance Exam in the same subjects.
Age Limit: 18–25 years (inclusive)
Height Requirement: Male – min. 1.70m | Female – min. 1.65m

2. Position: Trainee Cabin Crew
Educational Qualification:
- Ethiopian University Entrance Exam Certificate with minimum 200 points.
Age Limit: 21–30 years (inclusive)
Height: Female – min. 1.58m with arm reach of 212cm | Male – min. 1.70m
Weight: Proportional to height
Language: English proficiency (Level III) – knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
