Available Positions & Requirements

1. IT Business Analyst

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business-related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with databases, applications, infrastructure, cloud, development, enterprise architecture, and system design.
  • Professional experience in Business Analysis (CBAP, IIBA) and software development lifecycle in agile (SAFe, Scrum) and waterfall methodologies.
  • Ability to create complex technical roadmaps and work with third-party suppliers.
  • Strong telecom knowledge, including VAS, Charging, CRM, and Digital Services.

2. IT Solutions Architect

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
  • At least 2 years’ broad technical experience including system design, enterprise and solutions architecture.
  • Experience as a developer, systems engineer, or delivery lead preferred.
  • Strong telecom knowledge and the ability to influence and guide stakeholders.

3. Facility Lead (Internal/External)

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Property & Facilities Management or Business-related field.
  • Over 6 years’ post-graduation experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
  • Expertise in vendor management, service level agreements, and safety compliance.

4. Senior Manager: MPESA Finance (Internal/External)

Required Qualifications:

  • Business/IT-related degree.
  • Qualified Accountant with CPA (K)/ACCA/CIMA/ACA.
  • 5–8 years’ post-qualification experience in financial services, specifically mobile money.
  • Proven track record in digitalization, process simplification, and automation.

5. Executive Head of Department – Financial Business Partnering – Commercial (Internal/External)

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in commercial finance within telecom or similar sectors.
  • 10 years’ experience in various finance functions including management accounting, forecasting, planning, and operations.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and leadership skills.

6. Specialist Customer Value Management (CVM) Development and Operations

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in data development, ETL workflows, or campaign platform operations.
  • Expertise in SQL/PLSQL, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD tools, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and automation scripting.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies and telecom customer lifecycle management is a plus.

7. Specialist: Business Intelligence Development and Operations

Required Qualifications:

  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in data warehouse design, dimensional modelling, OLAP, and ETL frameworks.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI, SSRS, and SSIS.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
