1. IT Customer Service Officer I
Qualification:
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
- Experience is an advantage

2. IT Customer Service Officer II
Qualification:
- BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
- 2 years of relevant work experience

3. Digital Payment Officer II (Definite period – 1 year)
Qualification:
- BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
- 2 years of relevant experience

4. Senior Digital Payment Officer
Qualification:
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
- 6/4 years of relevant experience (2 years in professional positions)
- Ethical competence and certifications are an advantage

5. Driver / Liaison / Logistics Officer
Qualification:
- TVET 10+4 or Diploma in ICT, Electronics, or related fields
- OR BA in Accounting, Management, or related field
- 3 years relevant experience (for diploma); experience is an advantage for degree holders
- Competence in MS Office, ethical behavior, valid 3rd grade or public one driving license
