Available Positions

1. Customer Service Officer – I

Educational Requirement:

  • BA Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant banking experience.

Location: Dilla Banking Center

2. Principal Officer – Corporate Credit Appraisal

Educational Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year as a Senior Officer (Professional/Expert level).

Location: Addis Ababa

3. Banking Center Manager

Educational Requirement:

  • BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive banking experience, with at least 2 years as a Branch Manager.

Location: Dilla Branch
