Qualification:
- BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates (0 year).
Job Requirements:
- First-degree graduates of 2024/2025.
- CGPA: 2.75+ (male), 2.5+ (female).
- Exit Exam score: 50+ or pass.
- Age: 27 years or below.
- Knowledge of local areas & languages (advantageous).
- IFB Training certification (advantageous).
Duty Station: Head Office (Addis Ababa)

Position 2: Civil Engineering Graduate Trainee
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.
