Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate logistics for studio recordings, live broadcasts, and field productions.
- Manage scheduling and dispatch of vehicles, crew, and technical equipment.
- Ensure safe handling, storage, and transport of broadcasting gear (cameras, lighting, sound).
- Maintain inventory of production equipment and office supplies.
- Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and transport companies.
- Coordinate customs clearance and shipping of imported media equipment.
- Oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance schedules.
- Prepare logistics reports and support production/technical teams.
- Collaborate with HR, operations, and finance teams to align logistics with broadcast schedules.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of logistics coordination experience (preferably in media, entertainment, or events).
- Strong knowledge of fleet and equipment management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; logistics/inventory software knowledge is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or travel as required.
