Position 1: Senior Export Officer

Job Summary
The Senior Export Officer coordinates and manages all export activities, including communication, documentation, customs clearance, and transportation arrangements. This role involves monitoring export transactions with current and prospective markets, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Export Manager in developing strategic and operational export plans.
- Manage all banking processes for export activities and prepare necessary documentation.
- Ensure adherence to shipping schedules and project requirements.
- Prepare export documents within required timeframes and arrange efficient shipping.
- Identify and select appropriate transportation methods.
- Follow up on shipments until they arrive at the customer’s destination.
- Maintain relationships with external stakeholders including customers, agents, transit companies, and banks.
- Manage sales contracts (beer and wine) with international agents.
- Monitor current and prospective export markets to identify opportunities.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to the immediate supervisor.
- Coach and mentor subordinates as assigned by the supervisor.
- Perform other duties assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of export operations, international business, communication, and documentation.
- Good understanding of international logistics and local customs and finance regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent follow-up and reporting abilities.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing Management, or other related business fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in coordinating and handling export transactions.
Language:

Job Requirements

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Purchasing Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Manufacturing Engineering, or other related fields.

- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in logistics and supply chain activities, preferably in a multinational or large-scale FMCG environment.

- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable business application code using: Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), C#, JavaScript, .NET Core, HTML/CSS.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Develop and implement integration strategies with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 (Business Central), Azure, and third-party APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Integrate Power Platform with data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Azure SQL, Business Central, and third-party APIs.
- Support digital transformation initiatives, business application implementations, and cloud migration projects.
Job Requirements
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven coding experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong programming skills in C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and experience with .NET Core or equivalent frameworks.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, Dataverse, SQL, and cloud-based architecture (Azure preferred).
- Hands-on experience in software development, especially with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and their application to support business processes.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Education
- MSc or BSc degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Experience
