Position:
Principal – Conventional Banking Product Development Officer
Qualification & Experience:
- BA Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum of 8 years of marketing and research experience.
Job Summary:
The jobholder is responsible for planning and executing conventional banking products, prioritizing both product and customer requirements. They will work closely with different departments to ensure products meet customer satisfaction goals and align with the Bank’s overall strategy. The role also involves continuously gathering and analyzing market and competitor information to identify threats and opportunities.
Term of Employment: Permanent
