Habesha Breweries Share Company (“Habesha”) is one of the leading brewing companies in Ethiopia. Founded in 2009 by a group of local investors, Habesha is now owned by Swinkels Family Brewers Holding N.V. (60%), 8,000 local shareholders (30%), and Linssen Participations B.V. (10%).
Position: Sales Promoter
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) in any field.
Experience:
- Preferably 1 year of experience in sales (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attract new customers and drive sales growth.
- Achieve daily sales volume targets in assigned territories and submit reports.
- Identify strategic outlets to maximize sales volume and market share.
- Maintain strong relationships with outlet owners and staff.
- Execute approved promotional activities.
- Professionally communicate product benefits and features to customers.
- Ensure product availability in all registered outlets.
- Open new accounts to expand product reach.
- Monitor stock levels in key outlets and ensure proper management of company fridges (report maintenance needs promptly).
Important Note:
- The employment contract is not directly with Habesha Breweries.
- This is a junior sales position managed by a third party, serving as a talent hub that could lead to bigger sales roles within Habesha.
