Position 1: Guest Service Agent (Receptionist)
Qualification:
- BA Degree in Hotel/Tourism Management or related social science fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome, check-in, and check-out guests.
- Handle guest complaints and address guest relations issues.
- Provide proactive customer service to ensure maximum room revenue and guest satisfaction.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: General Maintenance Technician
Qualification:
- Level IV or higher in Mechanical/Electrical/Electromechanical or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain all equipment in excellent working condition.
- Complete maintenance work orders on time, following hotel standard procedures.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Engineering Supervisor
Qualification:
- Level IV or above in General Maintenance or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant hotel engineering experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance, operations, and repairs of the hotel.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Bartender
Qualification:
- Level IV or above in Hotel Operation/Hotel & Tourism Management with bar-related technical training certificates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks professionally and efficiently.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide beverage recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area to ensure guest satisfaction.
