Until then, the Bank will continue providing its current microfinance services and plans to retain these services alongside its future commercial banking operations.

position 1: Junior Cashier
Location: Various Districts
Education: BA degree in Economics, Management, Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field from a recognized institution
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant banking experience is mandatory

position 2: Customer Service Officer
Location: Various Districts

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of banking experience, with at least 1 year as a Junior Customer Service Officer or similar role

position 3: Senior Credit Analyst
Location: Various Districts
Education: BA degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of related work experience, including at least 1 year in a credit analysis role

- Sound understanding of credit and risk assessment
- Communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams

position 4: Senior Internal Control Officer
Location: Various Districts
Education: BA degree in Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related field
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant banking experience, including time served as an Internal Control Officer
Key Competencies:
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with control systems and audit procedures
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to identify risk and ensure compliance
- Ethical behavior and confidentiality
