Position Summary
As a Customer Service Professional, you’ll be at the forefront of client interaction — helping travelers navigate visa processes, offering booking support, and engaging customers across digital platforms. This role blends customer care, team leadership, and social media presence, ideal for confident communicators and multitaskers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a team lead or supervisory role
- Fluent English communication (written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with social media content creation (especially TikTok)
- Previous visa consulting experience is a plus
- Must be female
- Comfortable appearing in TikTok Live sessions
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service across platforms (in-person, phone, Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok)
- Guide clients through visa types, application procedures, and travel bookings
- Train, supervise, and support junior customer service staff
- Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Maintain client files and scheduling systems
- Participate in live TikTok sessions and assist marketing with content creation
- Coordinate closely with the marketing and operations teams
