Positions 1: Head – Corporate Secretariat

Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications:
- LLB Degree (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized institution with distinction
- Postgraduate certification in Corporate Secretariat or Legal fields is preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in legal and corporate secretarial practice
Core Competencies:
- Strong grasp of legal frameworks and corporate governance
- Experience in high-level legal compliance and risk management
- Skilled communicator, especially in executive and board-level interactions
- Capable of handling multiple legal projects simultaneously
- Strategic thinker with policy development expertise
Position 2: Manager – Accounts Payable (AP)

Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) preferred
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in finance/accounting
- Background in internal/external audits is a strong asset
Key Skills:
- Deep understanding of financial systems and risk assessment
- Proficient in accounting platforms like Oracle, Sage, Hyperion, or SUN
- Highly analytical with attention to detail
- Independent, results-driven, and deadline-oriented
