Open Positions
Position 1: Driver I
Location: North West Regional Office (Ambo)
Qualifications:
- Completed Grade 10 education
- Valid 3rd Grade Driving License
- Minimum 2 years of relevant driving experience
Skills:
- Knowledge of traffic rules, safety regulations, and basic auto mechanics
- Ability to perform minor mechanical repairs and vehicle inspections
- Strong interpersonal skills
Position 2: General Services Officer
Location: Addis Ababa / Head Office
Education:
- BA in Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
- 3 years of relevant experience
Skills:
- Knowledge of support services systems and procedures
- Basic computer literacy and effective communication skills
Position 3: Senior E-Banking Officer
Location: Addis Ababa / Head Office
Education:
- BA in IT, Computer Science, Banking & Finance, or related field
- Certifications in Project Management, ITIL, and Digital Banking are advantages
Experience:
- 5 years in IT with 2 years specifically in Digital Banking platforms
- Hands-on expertise with internet/mobile banking, ATMs, cards, and agency banking
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
Position 4: Programmer
Location: Addis Ababa / Head Office
Education:
- BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Experience:
- 4 years in IT, with at least 3 years in software/system development
- Proficiency in programming languages: Java, Python, C#, JavaScript
- Experience with databases (SQL, PostgreSQL), version control (Git), and frameworks (React, ASP.NET)
- Mobile app development knowledge is a plus
Position 5: Director, Human Capital Department
Location: Addis Ababa / Head Office
Education:
- MA or BA in Human Resource Management, Management, or related fields
Experience:
- 8–10 years in HR, with 3 years in a senior role, preferably in financial institutions
Skills:
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and HR systems knowledge
- Effective communicator with excellent planning and organizational capabilities
- Commitment to gender equality and teamwork
