Position: Young Graduate Trainee Program – IT (YGTP-IT)
Location: Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Trainee (Full-time)

Target Group: Fresh Graduates (Class of 2025 G.C.)
Educational Qualification:
- Degree: BSc in:
- Computer Engineering
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Or other closely related IT fields
- CGPA: Minimum of 3.25
- Graduation Year: Only 2025 G.C. graduates are eligible
Key Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive
- Basic computer application knowledge
- Passionate about the banking and finance industry
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams
- Industry-specific knowledge (products & services) is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Undergo structured and intensive training covering banking operations, systems, and strategy
- Participate in hands-on project assignments within the IT department
- Support the Bank’s digital initiatives through innovative solutions
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and initiative
- Uphold Zemen Bank’s values of integrity, teamwork, and customer service excellence
- Execute other tasks as assigned during the program
