Position: Junior Customer Service Officer (Fresh Graduate)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field: Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- CGPA 3.00 and above.
- Graduation Year: 2024 or 2025 GC / 2016 or 2017 EC.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and customer-focused.
- Experience: Not required (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and manage customer accounts (deposits, withdrawals, and related services).
- Provide high-quality customer service in line with the Bank’s policies.
- Promote and cross-sell the Bank’s financial products and services.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
