Position: Graduate Trainee
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
- Management
- Business Administration
- Accounting
- Economics
- Marketing Management
- Banking & Finance
- Related fields
- CGPA: Minimum 2.75 and above
- Exit Exam Result: Greater than 50
- Graduation Year: Only 2024 & 2025 graduates are eligible
- Age: Less than 25 years
- COC (Level IV): Mandatory requirement
- Experience: Work experience is not required
Job Purpose
The Graduate Trainee will support the Bank’s effective service delivery to customers, ensuring customers are served with due care, efficiency, and professionalism.
