Position 1: Personal Assistant
Qualifications & Experience:
- BA Degree in Social Sciences OR Diploma (Level IV Certificate) in Secretarial Service, Office Management, or related field.
- 0 years of experience with BA / 2 years with Diploma.
- Commitment to disability inclusion.
- Computer literacy is required.
- Amharic language required; other Ethiopian languages are a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
- Gross Salary: ETB 8,536 – 9,667

Position 2: Senior Finance & Administration Officer
Qualifications & Experience:
- BA Degree in Accounting & Finance.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant finance and administration experience.
- Proficiency in IFMIS & IFRIS systems is required.
- Experience working with donor-funded projects is advantageous.
- Strong computer skills.
- Amharic required; other local languages advantageous.

Position 3: Senior Resource Mobilization Specialist
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Human Rights, International Relations, Development Studies, Economics, Business Administration, or Communications.
- Master’s Degree is preferred.
- Minimum 7 years’ progressive experience in fundraising, resource mobilization, partnership development, or donor relations within NGOs or international organizations.
- Proven success in securing institutional and bilateral funding.
- Strong background in proposal writing, grant management, and donor reporting.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills; knowledge of Amharic or other Ethiopian languages is an asset.
- Strategic thinker with strong research and analytical skills.
