Nib International Bank S.C. was established on 26 May 1999 under license no. LBB/007/99, with a paid-up capital of ETB 27.6 million and authorized capital of ETB 150 million, contributed by 717 shareholders. The Bank officially began operations on 28 October 1999 with just 27 employees, becoming the sixth private bank licensed in Ethiopia.

  • Education: B.A. Degree/Diploma in Secretarial Science, Office Management, Administrative Service Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2 years (B.A.) / 4 years (Diploma) of relevant work experience.
  • Location: Head Office & District Office.

2. Associate Organizational Design and Development Officer

  • Education: B.A. in HR Management, Business Management, Public Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: 3 years relevant experience (2 years as Junior ODD Officer or equivalent).
  • Location: Head Office.

3. Organizational Design and Development Officer

  • Education: B.A. in HR Management, Business Management, Public Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: 4 years relevant experience (2 years as Junior ODD Officer or equivalent).
  • Location: Head Office.

4. Branch Manager I

  • Education: M.A./B.A. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience: 4 years (M.A.) / 6 years (B.A.) banking experience, including 2 years in core banking management roles.
  • Location: Branches under Adama District.

5. Senior Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Analyst

  • Education: M.A./B.A. in Environmental Science, Corporate Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Experience: 4 years (M.A.) / 6 years (B.A.) in financial areas, with at least 1 year ESG-related experience.
  • Location: Head Office.

6. Principal Capital Market and M&A Analyst

  • Education: M.A./B.A. in Corporate Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5 years (M.A.) / 7 years (B.A.) in financial areas, including 2 years in financial modeling.
  • Location: Head Office.

7. Principal Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Analyst

  • Education: M.A./B.A. in Environmental Science, Corporate Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5 years (M.A.) / 7 years (B.A.) in financial areas, with at least 2 years in ESG.
  • Location: Head Office.

8. Principal, Market and Economic Research

  • Education: M.A./B.A. in Marketing, Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Public Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5 years (M.A.) / 7 years (B.A.) in banking, with 2 years in senior research roles.
  • Location: Head Office.

9. Manager, Property Valuation

  • Education: M.Sc./B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: 8 years (M.Sc.) / 10 years (B.Sc.) with at least 3 years in supervisory roles.
  • Location: Head Office.

10. Manager, Business Program (ESG)
